How Do I Place An Order?
Ideally you select the beanbag you are interested in, add to cart and proceed to pay via Paypals Secure Credit Card facility. You will receive an order confirmation upon payment. Otherwise if you prefer to order over the phone please call 0404 007 404.
For Bulk Orders - CLICK HERE - Please provide a Description & an amount Unit Price and click Update Totals - then proceed to PAY by filling in your credit card details or login to Paypal to complete payment.
Shipping
PICKUUP - You are welcome to pickup your goods (generally filled beanbags) from The Gap by appointment.
DELIVERY - Your items can be delivered to your home or for gifts to recipients address within Brisbane Metro (15 km radius) for $30.00 (paid on delivery)
POST - Your unfilled items will be posted to you Australia Wide for free. We use Fastway or Australia Post. Depending on your location allow 7-10 days for items to arrive. If you require an item urgently please call 0404 007 404 and we'll arrange express post where possible (extra charges apply).
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Our prices are competively priced and prefer you use the online shopping cart facility which takes credit card payments using Paypal's Secure Credit Card option. But we understand sometimes you prefer to speak to a real person, so feel free to call 0404 007 404 with your order and payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit or cash on pickup from The Gap, Qld.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please note, we have had no Australian Made beanbags returned due to the high manufacturing quality of the product, so be confident in your order. If there is a problem, please contact us by sending us images of fault and we'll endeavour to sort it out asap. Return postage fees are the owners responsibility. No Refunds are available.

We will not disclose information about your individual visits to our Web site or any of the personal information that you provide such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit/debit card details to any outside parties without your consent except when required by law to do so.
